Loved the cozy bar with a snooker table, perfect for pretending I know how to play. Free WiFi for those important social media updates. Managed to avoid skiing and horse riding, but they were available if you're into that sort of thing. Enjoyed the free shuttle service and public parking nearby.

Just what I needed, more outdoor activities to avoid.

The staff at this family-run hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, even offering free transfers to and from Val d'Isère and providing free parking at the ski lifts. The warm and clean rooms were perfect after a long day of skiing. The hotel's shuttle to La Daille was quick and convenient, making it easy to access the slopes. The peaceful location away from the crowds of the main town was also a plus. There were some great restaurants in the nearby La Daille area, and a free bus made it easy to get into Val d'Isère itself.

As young holiday goers, we loved the convenience of the shuttle service to and from the mountain. The staff was friendly and provided helpful tips for dining, parking, and ski rentals. The hotel even offered a laundry service, which was a huge time-saver. The breakfast was delicious and gave us a good start to our day on the slopes.

The view of the lake when you wake up is absolutely breathtaking! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, even changing our room to better meet our needs. They helped us celebrate our daughter's birthday in the lounge, provided everything we needed, and even recommended a great local restaurant. The hotel shuttle to the town was regular and free. The hotel had a rustic and relaxed atmosphere, and the owner had lots of helpful tips for where to eat, park, and rent skis. They even did our laundry for a small fee, which was a huge time-saver. A non-luxury hotel, but clean and pleasant, with a nice breakfast. Conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Val d'Isere, with free parking. The hotel also provided free parking at the La Daille lift station, making it easy to access the slopes. The hotel's free shuttle service to La Daille was incredibly convenient, with quick pick-up and drop-off. The ski room with boot dryers was located right next to the shuttle bus. The continental breakfast was reasonably priced and worth the money. Dinner was also available and delicious. The hotel may show its age, but everything worked and the beds were incredibly comfy. We had a room with a jaw-dropping view of the lake.

had an incredible stay in Val-d'Isere, but Les Seracs took it to a whole new level. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even allowing a late check-in and check-out. The views were stunning, shuttle service convenient, and those adorable dogs made us feel at home. Definitely coming back!

I loved having a private shuttle service in the winter, it made me feel like royalty. The on-site bar was a great place to relax and indulge in some snooker.

Who needs parking in front of the hotel when you can spend hours searching for a spot nearby? What an adventure!
